1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. From March 2015, the Defendant posted an advertisement to invite “nud model” on the Internet camera bulletin board, “E,” which is located in the D office operated by himself/herself on the 3th floor in Daegu-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, and “E,” from the perspective of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes.

A. On September 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 200,000 to the Victim F (V, 23 years of age) who was found a model advertisement report at the mutual influence in Jongno-gu Seoul around September 2015, and manufactured and posted on the Internet bulletin.

It is said that “The Internet will not be posted” when the victim refuses to do so.

“After photographing a telegraphic nudic photograph emitted from the victim’s sexual organ, the photograph taken by posting the victim’s photograph on the said website without any correction work.”

On October 8, 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 200,000 to the victims L(n, 29 years of age) who reported the model advertisement at the trade in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yang Jae-dong (hereinafter referred to as the “Seo-gu”) around October 8, 2015, and manufactures and publishes it on the Internet bulletin after working in the Stop site so that it cannot be identified.
