A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 08:20 on August 16, 2014, the Defendant driven Cone Star bicycle under the influence of alcohol content 0.230% from a section of approximately 800 meters from the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City’s 3-dong, Seoul to the roads of the same Gu to the roads of the same Gu.

Ultimately, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim D, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of medical treatment for about five weeks, and injury to the victim F, such as light dump, tensions, and tensions that require medical treatment for about two weeks.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not subscribe to mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in Paragraph 2 as the owner of C Costaex.
