Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 4, 2013, the Defendant, at around 23:45, driven B K5 cars while under the influence of alcohol with an alcohol point of approximately 50 meters from the public parking lot located in the Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City to the Deelta and front of the Deelta in the same Dong.
