For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment that found the Defendant guilty on the facts charged of this case as having no evidence of crime, and sentenced the Defendant not guilty.

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and records, the above determination by the court below is just, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the direct psychological principle
