On July 23, 2016, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) driven a taxi in front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and returned to the transit of the victim D (35 years of age) who is a passenger; (b) was a trial expense; and (c) committed assault by booming the victim’s breath in a taxi.
