1. The defendant shall pay 50,000,000 won to each of the plaintiffs and 24% per annum from August 14, 2012 to the day of complete payment.

1. The plaintiffs' assertion

A. On April 14, 201, Plaintiff A lent to the Defendant a total of KRW 150 million on April 14, 201, and KRW 150 million on April 29, 201, each interest of KRW 150 million on April 29, 201, to the Defendant at the time of Plaintiff A’s request.

Until August 13, 2012, the Defendant paid interest on the loan amount of KRW 50 million by August 14, 2012 (which seems to be written in writing on August 14, 2012), but did not thereafter pay interest, and there was no interest on KRW 100 million.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff A the borrowed amount of KRW 150 million and the interest and delay damages for the borrowed amount of KRW 150 million.

B. On April 14, 201, Plaintiff B lent to the Defendant KRW 50 million on April 29, 201, KRW 100 million on April 29, 2011, KRW 23.4 million on March 23, 2012, KRW 183.4 million on March 11, 2013, KRW 183.4 million on March 11, 2013, each interest rate was set at 2% on a monthly basis, and the due date was required by Plaintiff B.

The Defendant paid interest on KRW 50 million by August 13, 2012 (it appears that August 14, 2012 stated in the written complaint appears to be a clerical error), and did not pay the remainder of interest on KRW 23.4 million in addition to that paid once around May 2012.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff B a loan of KRW 183,400,000 and the interest and delay damages.

2. Determination

A. On April 14, 2011, the fact that the plaintiffs decided on the plaintiffs' claim for loans on April 14, 201 that the interest rate of KRW 50 million was paid to the defendant on April 14, 201, and that the repayment period was determined and lent to the defendant on April 14, 2011 that the plaintiffs wanted to pay. Meanwhile, the plaintiffs are those persons who received interest from the defendant until August 13, 2012 on the above loan, and the fact that the copy of the complaint of this case was served to the defendant on August 25, 2014 is clear.

According to the above facts, the defendant shall pay to each of the plaintiffs 50 million won and interest and delay damages from August 14, 2012.
