Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the vice head of E, Inc., Ltd., the defendant is the victim F (n, 40 years of age), victim G (n, 49 years of age), etc., the defendant is a subordinate staff member under the direction of the defendant.

The defendant was willing to commit an indecent act against the victims by taking advantage of his position.

1. Crimes against victim F;

A. On November 11, 2014, the Defendant discovered the Victim F, who was preparing for work at the pertinent company’s workplace, and tried to use the female in double arms following that female.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

B. On November 20, 2014, the Defendant used the victim F in the same manner and in the same manner at the same place as the above paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

B. On November 19, 2014, the Defendant got off the victim G at the same place as the above paragraph (1) of the same Article, and the Defendant met the lower part of the chest in the shoulder of the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
