A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 10 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On October 6, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of three million won by the Jeju District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

[Criminal Facts] On May 28, 2020, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.122% of blood alcohol level on May 28, 2020, 200, operated the F&learning car at approximately 1 km from the front of the road located at Jeju to the front of the road located at Jeju, and violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.
