Judgment of the first instance.

1. The reasons for the entry in this case are as follows: “5,50,000 won” of each “56,950,000 won” of the 11,12th judgment of the court of first instance (“56,950,000 won” of each “56,950,000 won” of the 3th judgment of the court of first instance, except for addition of witness H’s testimony to the witness of the court of first instance that falls short of the 4th and below 10th part of the 4th judgment, and thus, it is identical to the part against the defendant

2. If so, the part against the defendant in the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
