1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. Since its opening on April 27, 2004, the Plaintiff is a corporation that has been engaged in the business of manufacturing semiconductor equipment, semiconductor facility construction business, earthquake air exhausting construction business, gas pipeline construction business, clean studio construction business, etc., located in Suwon-si Seo-ro 1433-80.
B. On May 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) notified the Plaintiff that the Plaintiff was subject to final settlement in 2013 on the grounds that the total amount of the Plaintiff’s report fee to the National Tax Service was inconsistent with the total amount of the insurance premium reporting fee to the Defendant; (b) requested the Plaintiff to submit relevant data, such as financial statements certificate sources, total amount of remuneration, evidential data related to mutual aid, and the head of the account ledger; and (c) accordingly, the Plaintiff submitted relevant data to the Defendant
C. As a result of reviewing relevant data submitted by the Plaintiff in order to calculate the final premium of employment and industrial accident insurance for the Plaintiff’s workplace, the Defendant: (a) determined that the Plaintiff’s main business activities are largely divided into the work of installing clean rooms and the work of concluding pipelines for semiconductor production facilities (hereinafter “instant issues”); and (b) notified the Plaintiff of the details of the final settlement of insurance premium for the Plaintiff; (c) given the Plaintiff an opportunity to vindicate; and (d) on November 25, 2013, issued a disposition of imposition of KRW 42,643,540 in total, including the final insurance premium for 2010 through 2012, including arrears and additional dues, as originally reported by the Plaintiff.
