1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendants jointly deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet (i) and ii) from August 1, 2018.

Indication of claim: The Plaintiff leased to Defendant C the building listed in the separate sheet for lease deposit amounting to KRW 25,00,000, KRW 1,800,000 per month, and KRW 1,80,000 per month, and the period from October 31, 2017 to October 30, 202 (Defendant D occupies the building above as the head of the hospital), and the lease contract was terminated for reasons of overdue rent ( KRW 33,395,301 = the unpaid rent amounting to KRW 9,90,000, KRW 180,000 unpaid value-added tax amounting to KRW 3,665,301, KRW 19,650,000 not paid until July 31, 2018).
