All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of statements in the grounds of appeal filed by the defense counsel on April 18, 2016).

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court and the lower court, it is justifiable to have determined that the lower court convicted the Defendants of the modified facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the appeal did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
