A Imprisonment with prison labor and fines of KRW 2,000,000, and Defendant B shall be punished by fines of KRW 10,000,000, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B is a corporation established for the purpose of wholesale and retail business of buildings C and industrial safety protection equipment in sub-paragraph (D), and Defendant A is the representative of the above corporation.

1. Defendant A

(a) No person who sells falsely indicated products with the manufacturing number and use time limit shall enter false or misleading matters concerning the relevant non-pharmaceutical drugs in the documents appended to non-pharmaceutical drugs or in the containers or packages of non-pharmaceutical drugs, and shall sell, store or display for sale, non-pharmaceutical drugs in violation of this provision, and shall enter the manufacturing number and use time limit in the same manufacturing date only for products with the same manufacturing process as the same manufacturing date and enter the manufacturing date in the same manufacturing date;

Nevertheless, from February 25, 2019 to May 15, 2019, the Defendant imported Mask (KF94) from B office in China, and marked Mask (KF94) with the same manufacturing number as the date of manufacturing and manufacturing process different. After completing the process other than packaging, the Defendant kept Mask in a semi-finished product form, and then sold approximately KRW 580,043,200, 360, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, by stating the date of packaging immediately before the order as the manufacturing date and indicating the time of use in a false manner.

As a result, the defendant stated false matters concerning the quasi-drugs on the packages of non-pharmaceutical drugs.

(b) An importer of drugs, etc. that have failed to conduct a quality inspection shall thoroughly conduct the quality inspection of drugs, etc. and sell only products that have passed such inspection in accordance with Ordinance of the Prime Minister with respect to the importation and quality control of drugs, etc., and conduct the quality inspection by manufacturing number;
