Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2013, from around 20:20 to 20:24, the Defendant interfered with the operation of the electric vehicle of the above victims by force, such as denying and lowering the safety of the Defendant within the electric vehicle No. 2310 operation of the victim B (the age of 40) of the 1st subway station in Busan subway station from around 20:20 to around 20:24, the Defendant: (a) left the entrance of the electric vehicle in two hand; (b) obstructed the operation of the electric vehicle of the above victims by force, such as refusing to leave the vehicle by pushing the victim C (the age of 47) and the victim D (the age of 29).
