Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and two months, and a fine of KRW 100,000.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On May 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Changwon District Court's Jinju on May 16, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on April 26, 2015, and six times of the same record.

Criminal facts

1. Around October 2, 2015, the Defendant received Mestopists from D toilets located in Kimhae-si C, and received them from E without compensation, even though he is not a person handling narcotics.

2. Around 11:00 on October 2, 2015, the Defendant administered a Mesptotop medication by inserting 0.03g of the Mesptopists that were received as above into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and inserting it into a left left part of the Mesptoposis.

3. Around 17:30 on October 6, 2015, the Defendant entered an abandoned house located in F when a person does not live and do not manage the abandoned house, and entered the house without justifiable reasons, and around 18:00 on the same day, in the above abandoned house, 0.03g of the Mesphers who received the above Mesphers, put 0.03g of the Mesphers among the Mesphers who received the above Mesphers into the Mesphers, and injected it into the left part of the Mesphersphers.

4. At around October 18:37, 2015, the Defendant possessed 0.17g of the Mesphere, among the above accepted Mesphere, in a single-use injection machine, and possessed it in a manner that keeps it in his/her hand.
