The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On October 12, 2012, around 12:03, the Defendant discovered the victim E (the age of 61), which was the president of the Modio-gu, Changwon-si, which had previously proved that he had been aware of the motiveed life gathering in relation to the motiveed life gathering, and threatened the victim by showing the following attitude: (a) “this mods must be the president of the Modson life group; (b) such mods should be the mods,” and “this mods shall be the mods,” and “the mods shall be the mods of the life group, this mods shall be the mods, and the mods shall be the mods’ age.”

The facts charged in the instant case are crimes falling under Article 283(1) of the Criminal Act, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 283(3) of the Criminal Act. According to the statement in the letter of revocation of the complaint, the victim can be acknowledged on March 11, 2013, which is after the institution of the instant indictment, as the fact that the victim has withdrawn his/her wish to punish the Defendant. Thus, the instant indictment is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparag.
