1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that runs the manufacturing business and wholesale and retail business of construction and industrial machinery, etc., and the Defendant is a person who runs a wholesale and retail business of waste electric wires.

B. On October 19, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to sell scrap metal and used goods stored in a factory located in 107-5, 107-5, Yon-ro, Yon-ro, Yon-ro, Yon-ro, Yon-gun, Yon-nam Budget-gun (hereinafter “factory operation”) (hereinafter “the instant sales contract”) within the scope of 177, Yon-ro, Yon-nam, Yon-nam Budget-gun, and the main contents are as follows.

Article 1 (Goods subject to Sale) The scrap metal and used goods (hereinafter referred to as "goods") that the plaintiff trades to the defendant pursuant to the instant sales contract shall be as follows, and the details thereof shall be as follows:

② The Defendant shall take out all the goods within the period specified in Article 1 of the instant sales contract.

Article 13 (Matters of Special Agreement) (2) Where the defendant exceeds the shipment period of goods stored in the bonded area, an amount equivalent to 2,000,000 won/months (excluding value-added tax) shall be paid monthly to the plaintiff.

C. After that, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded several contracts of this case.
