A around November 2012, around 2012, purchased each of the 2.30 minutes from the Victim C (alias D) test, and around 5,00,000 won from the victim E, and around June 2012, Defendant B purchased each of the 2.50 minutes from the victim E as the introduction of E.

1. Defendant A, upon the victim’s solicitation, invested KRW 245 million in the rioted project, but the victim did not sell the column purchased with the above investment money, etc. so that it does not return the investment money; and

가. 2013. 10. 23. 18:51경 하남시 F에 있는 피고인의 주거지에서, 피해자의 휴대전화에“D 내가 사기당한 이야기 해줄까 어떤 놈이 난하면 돈 벌게 해 준다고 해서 가게 팔고 빌리고 해서 줬더니 개꽃 주고 꿀걱하고 팔아달라고 했더니 헛소리 나발불더군, 그 덕분에 거지신세 이혼 직전에 홧병까지 한 가정 파탄시킨 이런 개새끼는 눈구멍에서 피눈물 흘리고 피를 토하고 죽게 만들어야겠지 날 홧병나고 방황하게 한 개새끼 그 집구석 다음 달에 축하할 일 있다고 축하하러 가야지 너무 좋아 기절 쓰러지도록 축하해줘야 되지 않겠어”라는 내용의 문자메시지를 전송하고,
