Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a dump truck.

On August 29, 2013, at around 09:45, the Defendant operated a dump truck on the side of the new sp trucks located adjacent to Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-do, and proceeded in the direction of the racing at the jurisdiction of the Ulsan Airport, and all drivers of vehicles are likely to obstruct normal traffic of all vehicles running in the direction to which they intend to change their course when they intend to change their course, and there is a duty of care not to change their course.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went into a three-lane, and changed the course to a four-lane, and the victim C's Dworketa car, which proceeded to the same direction four-lane, was placed adjacent to the left side of the said dump truck as the front part of the dump truck.

As a result, the Defendant caused the victim C to suffer injury to brain dead, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence, and at the same time damaged the victim C’s property by having the repair cost amounting to KRW 3,233,457, such as the part in front of the other car.
