1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a local government-invested public corporation established pursuant to the Local Public Enterprises Act for the purpose of local distribution business of environment-friendly agricultural products. Defendant A (hereinafter “Defendant corporation”) is an appraisal corporation established pursuant to the Public Notice of Values and Appraisal of Real Estate Act (hereinafter “Real Estate Disclosure Act”). Defendant B is an appraiser belonging to the Defendant corporation, and Defendant C is a former appraiser belonging to the Defendant corporation.
B. From June 2012 to July 2012, the Plaintiff requested the Defendant corporation to conduct an appraisal of the collateral, such as the real estate indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) provided by E as shown in the following table, for the purpose of securing the security of the claim for the payment of goods to D Co., Ltd. (the trade name was changed to “Co. E” on September 10, 2012; hereinafter, regardless of whether it was before or after the mutual change).
In addition, Defendant B made an appraisal report and examined it by Defendant C, and the value of the instant real estate was assessed as KRW 4,300,080,000 (hereinafter “instant appraisal”) as indicated below.
