A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around 18:40 on April 28, 2020, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance for about 30 minutes, such as “D” restaurant operated by the victim C (here, 64 years of age) in Ulsan-dong-dong-gu, Ulsan-gu, and 2059.
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant operation by force.

1.
