Reasons
1. On March 7, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) leased Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government No. 3503 from the Defendant to April 13, 2012; and (b) paid the deposit to the Defendant during the period from April 14, 2012 to April 13, 2014; and (c) the said lease contract has expired; (b) the Plaintiff filed a claim for the return of the deposit due to the termination of the said lease contract; (c) by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
