Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Where a project owner intends to change any building permit, he/she shall obtain permission from the permitting authority before such change is made, and where he/she changes any permitted matter, he/she shall obtain permission from the competent authority

The Defendant did not obtain permission to change the location of a building to a degree of 10 meters different from the permitted matters while constructing a building with permission to construct a building or permission to engage in development activities from the 451.5 square meters of rice market in Seosan-si, Seosan-si to the end of January 2013, 2012.

2. If a project owner intends to change any building permit, he/she shall obtain permission from the permitting authority before such change is made;
