A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, from the beginning, had no intention or ability to supply a heavy engine, and had access to those who need it, and had the right to receive the price of goods transferred to the account in the name of the Defendant and acquired it by fraud.
1.
