Defendant
A is a person who has operated a "J" that sells well-known Bags, etc. in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, and Defendant B is a person who is without duty as a master of Party A.
Any person who intends to import goods shall file a declaration thereon with the head of a customs office on the goods, standards, quantity and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree.
1. On February 25, 2015, the Defendants conspired with K and L, and brought 51 aggregate goods, such as 147,601 won (2,07 won at the market price of 232,077 won) of the cost of the goods purchased at the east of Japan into the Incheon International Airport International Airport at the Jung-gu Incheon International Airport from the customs entry prosecutor of the first floor of the Incheon International Airport passenger terminal, which was 271, to the Incheon International Airport, into the Incheon International Airport. On February 25, 2015, the Defendants brought them into the Republic of Korea by means of hiding them by inserting them into the nearby area by inserting them into the list of crimes, such as 1,33,647,966 won (a total of 602,346,848 won) of the cost of the goods, as indicated in the list of crimes, such as 1, etc.

2. The Defendants in collusion with M on June 4, 2016, enter the customs entry prosecutor of the Kimpo International Airport passenger Terminal in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government into the Republic of Korea Kimpo International Airport from the Hapoa Airport in the Republic of Korea, and M enter the Republic of Korea from the Hapoa Airport in the Republic of Korea. The Defendants entered the Republic of Korea by inserting 17,000,000 won of the cost of the goods purchased at the east, etc. of Japan (31,419,960 won at the market price) of the cost of the goods purchased at the east, etc. of the Republic of Korea (31,419,960 won at the rate of 31,00,000 won, and the cost of the goods of 16,364,920 won at the market price of 16,92,00 won). The Defendants enter the Republic of Korea by means of inserting Babropo International Airport entry.
