The judgment of the court below is reversed.

Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

1. In full view of the evidence submitted by the prosecutor, the judgment of the court below which acquitted the defendant of the facts charged in this case, despite the fact that the defendant ordered B and D to interfere with the victim's business, is erroneous in the misunderstanding of facts.

2. Determination

A. On August 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years in one year and six months, due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) at the Daegu District Court, and the judgment was finalized on August 21, 2013.
