1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from July 10, 2018 to April 3, 2019.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 6, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with C, a licensed real estate agent, as the broker of C on June 6, 2015 (hereinafter “instant multi-family house”) located in E-si, Kimcheon-si (hereinafter “instant multi-family house”).
(F) The term of lease deposit amounting to KRW 55,00,000, and the term of lease from June 8, 2015 to June 8, 2017 was fixed and leased (hereinafter “instant lease”).
(2) After paying the said lease deposit to D, and after completing the move-in report on June 8, 2015, C obtained the fixed date. (2) The copy of the register of the instant multi-family house was issued to the Plaintiff while mediating the instant lease. However, the copy of the register of the instant multi-family house did not confirm the details of the right to lease of KRW 637,00,000, the maximum debt amount set up on the instant multi-family house (right-mortgage G Saemaul Treasury, and subsequent change to H) and the right to lease on a deposit basis (right to lease), KRW 15,00,000, the right to lease on a deposit basis (right to lease from August 12, 2014 to August 11, 2016), the right to lease on a deposit basis, KRW 30,00,000,000 (right to lease from J and February 12, 2015 to 11, 2017) and the description of the instant multi-family house.
B. The lease status of the multi-family house of this case at the time of the lease of this case and thereafter at the time of the lease is as follows:

C. On January 31, 2017, the appraised value as of January 31, 2017 as of the instant multi-family house and its site was KRW 939,861,340, and the instant multi-family house and its site were located in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-Support AB, AC (Duplicates).
