Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 12:30 on July 17, 2015, the Defendant driven a B Eccccoo vehicle volume under the influence of alcohol by approximately 1.5 km from the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.121% to the front road of the 194 domestic electric power as the center of the Dong-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-si.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) and the Defendant is a person engaged in driving a cub in B;

The defendant was driven along a road in front of C, which is the date and place specified in paragraph (1).

A person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to ensure safety by accurately operating the brake system after checking the safety of the entire course.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and drive a motor vehicle in such a state that it is difficult to drive the motor vehicle normally due to the influence of drinking alcohol that reaches 0.121% of the blood alcohol concentration as above.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above occupational negligence, the injury to the J of the said victim D, F, H, and E-Vehicles, such as salt, tensions, etc. requiring a two-day medical treatment, and suffered physical damage equivalent to 1,1140,000 won in total of the repair cost of each damaged vehicle.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act driving a vehicle owned by the Defendant, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
