A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

1. On November 14, 2015, from around 22:36 to November 11:05, 2015, the Defendant: (a) acted in the DPC room operated by the victim C in Busan-gu, Busan-gu from November 15, 2015, as if he/she had the intent or ability to pay the PC room usage fee; and (b) deceiving the victim by using the PC for about about 10 hours and 52 minutes; and (c) thereby, by deceiving the victim by means of failing to pay the price, the Defendant acquired pecuniary profits equivalent to KRW 12,00,000 in total from the victim.

On November 15, 2015, from around 12:34, to around 00:40 on November 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) acted in the GPC room operated by the Victim F in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, as if the Defendant had the intent or ability to pay the PC room usage fee, etc.; (b) had used the PC for about 36 hours and 14 minutes; and (c) had been provided with food within the PC but had been provided with the PC, the Defendant deceiving the victim by means of not paying the price; and (d) had acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 5,400, including the PC room usage fee, from the victim.

On December 25, 2015, the Defendant entered the “JPC room” managed by the victim I of the victim I on the Ha and the 2nd floor of the Geumcheon-gu, Busan as his employee on December 25, 2015. The facts act as if he had the intent or ability to pay the price even if he used the PC and received food, and as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, thereby acquiring the pecuniary benefit equivalent to KRW 215,100,00, including the cost of using the PC from the victim to the time of the damage.
