Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 9, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for public performance and obscene crime at the Busan District Court on March 6, 2019, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Jinju Prison on March 6, 2019. On October 19, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for public performance and three years of suspended execution, and the sentence became final and conclusive on December 21, 2018.

1. On April 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 13:37, at the bus stops in front of the above Chigh School; (b) laid down a bridge; laid down his sexual organ; and (c) viewed the Defendant’s sexual organ to the victims of the number of students in the foregoing high school, who are students in the foregoing high school.

As a result, the Defendant committed sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment, which causes sexual humiliation to the victims of children at the same time.
