Reasons
Unless there exist special circumstances, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 24, 2019 to the day of full payment, as to the above amount of KRW 102,798,771, as well as the above amount of KRW 102,79,771, and its amount of damages for delay calculated from May 31, 2018 to April 30, 2019.
