Therefore, it is reasonable to view that the claim for the construction payment of this case has expired, since the fact that the lawsuit of this case was filed on September 11, 2015, which was three years after the expiration of the extinctive prescription period, is apparent in the record.

Therefore, the defendant's above assertion is justified.
