Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant shall pay 710,000 won to B who is an applicant for compensation, and E who is an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant did not have a heavy mobile phone and did not have an intention or ability to sell a heavy mobile phone even if he receives the price from the victim F.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 750,000 won from the victim’s L association account (M) in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and by deceiving the victims in the same manner from November 9, 2018, received a total of 2,925,000 won over six times, such as the list of crimes in the annexed list of crimes.

On October 2, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter to sell a gallonian 9 mobile phone at the gallon site on October 2, 2018 and deposits money to the victim N who has contacted with the Internet.
