Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:20 on April 30, 2016, the Defendant openly committed obscene acts, such as unloading bombs and bombs in E, while viewing that they go through, on the front way of the entrance of the D Library located in Busan Sagu C.
