On August 18, 2014, the Defendant imported 50 fixed-type bicycles ( model name: BGB201) (name: KRW 9,455,675, and KRW 14,614,645) from E company in Busan Customs with import declaration number D on August 18, 2014, the Defendant denied the amount of KRW 1,921 in total, KRW 47,08,171, and KRW 69,31,363 in the same manner as indicated in the crime list in the attached Table from June 1, 2018, while importing the relevant goods without safety verification.
