Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months, and imprisonment with prison labor for a period of four months.

However, this judgment is delivered to Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 23, 2015, Defendant A: (a) around 17:15, around September 23, 2015, the Defendant: (b) stated that he was frighten in the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Apartment Building; and (c) assaulted himself, such as the instant case, F, etc.; (d) observed this situation, and prevented the Defendant.

Defendant A sent the text message to the purport that “A” was the victim, and Defendant A sent the victim with Defendant B around 14:45 on the same day.

이후 피고인 A은 위 호프집 앞에서 피해자에게 “ 너 씹새끼야, 죽고 싶어 문자로 욕지거리를 하고 죽고 싶어 ” 라며 위협하면서 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴을 수회 가격하고, 피고인 B는 발로 피해자의 허벅지를 걷어차고, 주먹으로 얼굴을 때려 피해자를 바닥에 쓰러뜨리고, 피고인들은 계속하여 바닥에 쓰러져 있는 피해자의 양옆에 서서 발로 피해자를 수회 걷어찼다.
