A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of BM6 automobiles in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (or the injury) and in violation of the Road Traffic Act (or the injury).

3. The Defendant also seeks to cause a traffic accident and conceal the escape from it, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, and communicate at the workplace 109 Dong 109-dong parking lot with a view to: (a) around January 25, 2017, at around 22:30, Asan-si, Asan-si, Asan-si.
