Basic Facts

On August 4, 2005, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on August 2, 2005, with respect to 16,537 square meters of land B in Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun (hereinafter “instant land before the instant partition”).

On January 31, 2012, the foregoing Dong Dong 2 16,537 square meters of forest was divided into 12,589 square meters of forest land B, C 3,822 square meters of forest land, and D 126 square meters of forest land. On August 22, 2012, the aforementioned C 3,82 square meters of forest land was divided into 243 square meters of forest land and 243 square meters of forest land E 3,579 square meters of forest land (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”).
