Punishment of the crime

On December 27, 2014, around 01:00 on December 27, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime at “H main store” in the operation of the Victim G in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and the fact was that the Defendant did not have a means to pay alcoholic beverages, such as cash or credit card, and thus, received alcoholic beverages, etc., even if the Defendant did not have a means to pay alcoholic beverages, etc., but did not have an intent or ability to pay the price, and ordered the beer, etc. to pay alcoholic beverages normally, and the Defendant was provided with an amount equivalent to 54,00 won, such as beer, etc.
