Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2012, around 21:35, the Defendant was boarding a taxi (B) in the vicinity of the subway 5 subway station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seosan-dong, but became a problem of taxi drivers and destination.

At this time, the victim D (the age of 49) who was a police officer belonging to the Seoul Gangseo Police Station C District District Department of the Seoul Gangseo Police Station reported that he/she was victimized by violence to the taxi engineer, was able to take a bath by "Isss Y, Is Y, Is am immediately."
