There is no error of law by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, and by misapprehending the law of logic and experience, exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the degree of intentional act and intimidation in the crime of rape, or omitting judgment, or by omitting judgment.
