1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,200,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 30, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. On July 24, 2014, the Plaintiff determined and lent KRW 25,200,000 to the Defendant as of September 26, 2014.

[Reasons for Recognition] Confession (the defendant only submitted a formal objection to the above payment order after being served with the original copy of the payment order, and did not submit a reply or a preparatory document that contains any subsequent specific contents, and did not appear on the date of pleading, so it is deemed that all of the plaintiff's allegations were led to confession under Article 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act)

2. According to the above facts of recognition as to the cause of the claim, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above KRW 25,200,000 as well as damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from September 30, 2016 to the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, as claimed by the plaintiff, as well as from September 30, 2016 to the day of full payment.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
