Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in driving a vehicle B with low-speed.

Around 03:40 on March 23, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car and proceeded at a speed of two-lanes on the two-lane road in front of 143 at the center of Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, toward the direction of the Gwangju Special Tax Affairs Broadcasting Station.
