On September 5, 2013, around 23:23:23, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately one kilometer in front of the same Gu and Dong Bridge in the street in the vicinity of the Dong-dong name of the Dong-gu, Ansan-si to the 0.109% of alcohol level.
