Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2017, at around 21:55, the Defendant driven a B-type truck without a driver’s license for approximately 200 meters from the offline apartment in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu to the same 33-way road at the same shore wharf to the same 16-way road.

Since the Defendant was aware of the fact of driving without a license since it was conducted while driving a vehicle while the center line was invaded, the circumstances before and after the commission of the crime are not good.

In light of the fact that the defendant has been subject to criminal punishment for violation of road traffic law on several occasions, it is doubtful that the defendant continues to drive without a license even after the license has been revoked.

However, the defendant makes a statement to the effect that this court recognizes and reflects a crime.

Although there is a past record of criminal punishment for the defendant five times, there is no particular criminal record except for the criminal record of a fine due to a violation of road traffic laws.

It seems that the defendant is responsible for supporting his/her family in the future because he/she stated to the effect that the defendant is expected to be married and given birth.

In light of the defendant's legal attitude, the punishment equivalent to the upper limit of fine for non-licensed driving shall be selected only once, and the defendant's warning will also be given that if re-offending in the future, the punishment may be imposed on the heavier punishment without any more tolerance.
