A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2014, at around 02:25, the Defendant, in front of the Dju in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, brought a dispute with her pro-friendly E in front of the Dju, and the victim F (25 years of age) of E, she was knee one time at the right eye of the victim on the ground that the F. (25 years of age) suffered the said E, making the victim’s face one time at knee.

As a result, the defendant suffered injury to the victim, which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment, such as internal walls.
