Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 8, 2011, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the credit branch of Suwon District Court, and a summary order of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the same court on May 29, 2013.

At around 22:10 on October 3, 2013, the Defendant driven a vehicle for the use of B rocketing on the front side of a restaurant in which the trade name in Echeon-si Changdong is unknown, from the front side of a restaurant in which the trade name in Echeon-si Changdong cannot be seen, to the front side of a 'oscal satisfaction hall in Echeon-si Changdong', the Defendant driven a vehicle for the use of B rocketing on the front side of a 50-meter radius.
