Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the chairperson of the enforcement committee of the “D-Counterclaim Joint Countermeasure Committee”.

A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration shall file a report with the head of the competent police station, and shall not hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration in a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the office building of each court.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on June 9, 2015, tried to hold an unreported assembly, which was iced before the Daegu District Public Prosecutor's Office, in order to resist F from being detained in the court due to the suspicion of interference with the performance of official duties.
