A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant’s forced indecent act is an employee of the D cafeteria located in the Gu, Changwon-si, Jinwon-si, and the victim E (V, 41 years old) is an employee of the F cafeteria near the D cafeteria, and the Defendant and the victim are to the extent that they are safe from each other.

At around 21:00 on August 21, 2017, the Defendant, along with the victim and the president of F, drinked alcoholic beverages with the victim and the president of F, drinked the flag at the G G restaurant near the second-lane, and talked with the victim at the third-lane H, and play together from around 00:0 the next day, the victim first gets her singing, and then she got her house before the F cafeteria while the victim got her house to her house, and the victim tried to forcibly commit an indecent act by entering the F cafeteria.

On August 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim’s chest on his own hand at the F cafeteria located in the Gu, which was early early 00:00, on August 22, 2017; (b) placed the victim’s chest on the floor by force; (c) placed the victim’s chest on his/her own hand; and (d) forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force.

2. A special injury: (a) around 00:00 on August 22, 2017, as indicated in the facts charged under the indictment dismissing the prosecution below, the Defendant: (b) was investigated by the relevant police box of the relevant victim E and his her son; and (c) was under investigation by the relevant police box of the relevant police box; (d) at around 01:55 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) discovered the above victim E, immediately discovered the victim’s head of the victim’s head four times; (b) caused damage to the scam and scam nature of the victim; and (c) inflicted an injury on the surrounding eye of the said victim on the 18-ro, Changwon-gu, Changwon-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (d) caused an injury to the victim’s head on about two (2) weeks of open body and scambling.
