The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment convicting all of the charges of this case, and acquitted the Defendant.

Examining the record, the above determination by the court below is justifiable.

In doing so, there is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on false accusation and litigation fraud, or by violating the principle of court-oriented or substantial direct examination.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
